In-Studio Consultation
Meet the team that will be by your side on your wedding day. We’ll talk style, priorities, and how to customize your experience to reflect you.

Lock in Your Date
When you're ready, a $1,000 retainer secures your day and is applied toward your final balance. Peace of mind, guaranteed.
Select Your Package
We’ll help you choose the perfect package. Many include an engagement session (location is up to you!). Every option is designed with flexibility and variety in mind.

Final Planning Meeting (2 Weeks Out)
Visit the studio again to finalize every detail. Richard will help map out timing, special portrait requests, and make note of the VIPs in your life. Bring inspo photos—we’ll use them to match your vision while keeping the day spontaneous and seamless. Our goal is for you to not have any stress from the photographs on the day of the wedding, we will take care of everything with careful planning and discussions ahead of time.
Wedding Day Magic
With two professional photographers by your side, we move with your rhythm. Our goal? Capture every romantic, spontaneous moment—beautifully and authentically.

Sneak Peek Video
Within two weeks, enjoy a curated highlight video—perfect for social sharing or reliving the magic while you wait for your full gallery.
Studio Viewing Experience
Once your gallery is ready (typically within 8 weeks), return for a cozy viewing session complete with music, to relive your wedding story, together! At that point, you will receive your drive with all of your images as well, color corrected, cropped and edited, ready to use as you wish.

Your Wedding Collection
You’ll receive all high-resolution digital files on a custom thumb drive, plus optimized social media versions. We can also post a beautiful online gallery for friends and family (with your approval).

We back up your wedding files in multiple locations at our studio—because timeless memories deserve lasting care.
